Product And Characteristics
Why Use Our Silicon Steel?
Our silicon has an uniform magnetic and mechanical properties produce by advance technology and equipment.
It surface is smooth and extreme dimensional accuracy which are suitable for high-speed continuous punching and automatic stacking such as motor core.
It insulation offer excellent adhesion, workability and excellent resistance to chemicals and oils.
With unique technology, our mill produce superior gauge accuracy in both rolling and transverse direction
GRAIN ORIENTED MAGNETIC STEEL (RG CORE)
The Grain- Oriented Magnetic Steel Sheet and Strip is so manufacture as to process a well-aligned crystal orientation to the rolling direction.
Therefore, it has superior properties such as high permeability, low core loss and low magnetostriction.
Used mainly for power transformer, and distribution transformers as well as for rotating machines.
RG contributes greatly to improving the efficiency of machine and to reducing their weight.
NON GRAIN ORIENTED MAGNETIC STEEL (RM CORE)
RM-CORE is so manufactured as to render magnetic properties almost uniform in any direction of the coil. Used mainly for medium and large rotating machines, and small transformers, RM-CORE contributes to improving machine efficiency.
For application such as electric household appliances, office equipment and stabilizers, RM-CORE provides superior coating , coupled with excellent thickness accuracy, to say nothing of superior properties.
We offer several coating for surface insulation for customer selection of best suitable one for punchability, interlamination resistance, heat resistance, Freon resistance, according to their purposes and uses.
Why Use Our Tinplate?
Our tinplate has an attractive surface finish and features excellent corrosion resistance, workability , solderability , paintability and printability . Because of these unique properties, tinplate is widely use in broad range of applications such as food, oil cans, ornamental container, crown cap, tuner and toys.

Tin coated dull finished base metal subjected to melting . This types exhibits unique quiet gloss. |
Handling Precaution For TIN PLATE
As TIN PLATE is covered by soft metallic tin coatings, therefore precaution should be taken to avoid scratches and abrasion mark that cause by rough handling or vibration during transportation.
The layers should not rub against each other such as loosen at uncoiler/ recoiling process to avoid scratches.
Use proper handling method of coils such as uprighter, use protective material if contact the material. Avoid using hard object to push the coils such as forklift.
Some Of The Usage For TIN PLATE
Paintability, printability, solderability and mechanical properties tend to deteriorate as time elapse after production.
Tin is able to dissolved by strong alkaline solution.

Welding almost easily as plain steel sheet under proper condition |
From commercial to deep drawing according to the required workability |
A smooth painted finish can be obtained from non spangle finish sheet |
|
Zinc Iron Alloy (River Alloy) |
Res rust is retarded due to catholic protection, as well as the corrosion resistance of the zinc in iron zinc layer. |
Offer better weldability than ordinary hot-drip gal. sheet. Can weld like cold rolled steel under proper condition |
Good formability |
Excellent paint adhesion

Surface Finishes
Regular spangle - This standard finish which the zinc is allowed to form naturally .
Minimized Spangle - Obtained by treating the regular galvanized sheet during the solidation of zinc to restrict the normal spangle formation. This product usually has a dull appearance. That is to be chemically treated for paintability or where regular spangle is not preferred.
Why Use Stainless Steel?
Superb workability and corrosion resistance.
Thickness
uniformity and flatness accuracy.
Attractive surface finish of products, and in particular, the superior surface
luster of BA (Bright Anneal).
